These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between zx555 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," "the User") who accesses or uses any service offered at zx555.bet. By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on zx555 at any given time. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your zx555 account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify zx555 support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

zx555 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (Pakistani CNIC or Passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your zx555 wallet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. zx555 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your zx555 wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. zx555 does not charge deposit fees on JazzCash or EasyPaisa transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits or fees for which zx555 accepts no liability.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match the registered account holder — are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible. Where a return is not possible, the funds will be held pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses have been met. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

4.3 Currency & Exchange

All transactions on zx555 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zx555 does not conduct currency conversion. Any Visa or Mastercard transaction initiated in a foreign currency will be converted to PKR at the rate applied by the issuing bank before it is credited to your zx555 wallet. zx555 has no control over and accepts no liability for exchange rates applied by third-party financial institutions.

zx555 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your wallet. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6.1 Bet Placement & Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message and the bet appears in your My Bets section. zx555 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet appears to have been placed on the basis of privileged information, system error, or manifest odds error.

6.2 Odds & Manifest Errors

zx555 takes reasonable steps to ensure that odds displayed on the Platform are accurate and up to date. However, where a manifest error in odds is identified — including odds that are clearly out of line with prevailing market rates due to a technical or human error — zx555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. A "manifest error" is defined as an error so obvious that a reasonable person would recognise the odds as incorrect.

6.3 Void Bets & Abandoned Events

Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe stipulated in the specific sport rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to your zx555 wallet. In-play markets will be settled based on the state of play at the time of abandonment unless the specific sport rules state otherwise.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

zx555 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and may vary by sport, event, and market type. In the event that a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the stated limit. zx555 accepts no liability for any shortfall between a theoretical unlimited payout and the applicable maximum.

Where any of the above conduct is confirmed, zx555 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void all open bets, forfeit all wallet balances, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. zx555 also reserves the right to pursue civil recovery of any losses caused by prohibited conduct.

zx555's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to zx555 in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
